OZK Silver Oven & Grill Cleaner is a commercial-strength cleaner formulated to quickly remove grease and baked-on carbon from ovens, grills and hot plates. Designed for heavy-duty kitchen environments.
Grill Plates
Dilute 2:1 with water (2 parts product to 1 part water).
Apply to a pre-heated grill plate using a brush or by pouring directly onto the surface.
Allow approximately 10 minutes dwell time, then rinse thoroughly.
Ovens
Dilute 5:1 with water (5 parts water to 1 part product).
Apply to a pre-heated oven (up to 100°C) using a brush or cloth.
Allow 5–10 minutes dwell time, then wipe clean with a wet cloth.
Repeat if necessary.
For heavy carbon build-up, use undiluted with an oven brush.
Rinsing
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
To neutralise any remaining alkalinity, a final rinse with diluted vinegar may be used.
