OZK Tile Advance is a highly concentrated, heavy-duty alkaline degreaser designed for extreme cleaning conditions where standard cleaners fail. It rapidly penetrates and emulsifies heavy grease, oil, soap scum and carbon build-up.
Suitable for hotels, clubs, accommodation facilities, shopping centre food courts, commercial kitchens and industrial environments.
Effective on concrete, ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, porcelain and porous stone. Penetrates deep into pores to lift embedded dirt and restore surface appearance.
Not suitable for metal surfaces, equipment or polished floors.
Initial / Deep Cleaning
Dilution: As required depending on soil level.
Maintenance Cleaning
Mop & Bucket
Dilute 1:40–60 with water.
For stubborn stains, dilute 1:10.
Mop surface and rinse with clean water.
Auto Scrubbing
Dilute 1:50–200 depending on soil level.
Use appropriate⁑ polypropylene brushes for light soil and Tynex brushes for heavy soil.
Once per week, scrub with water only (preferably on low traffic days).
Concrete Car Park Floors
For stubborn stains: Dilute 1:10
General cleaning: Dilute 1:25 (approx. 3L per 80L water)
Do not mix with other chemicals or cleaners.
Surface may become slippery during application.
Wear rubber boots with safety tread.
