Terms & Conditions
At OZK Facility Services to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery the following payment terms outline our standard invoicing procedures, payment schedules, and related conditions. These terms are designed to maintain consistency and accountability, supporting a professional partnership between OZK Facility Services and our clients.
1. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay OZK facility Services the total amount as stated in the approved quotation as per the selected services provided.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise specified.
2. Payment Schedule
- For one-off services, full payment is due upon completion of the service and invoice provide unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For ongoing or scheduled cleaning services, invoices will be issued [weekly/fortnightly/monthly – based on contract arrangement].
- All invoices require payment within 14 days from the invoice date issued.
- An extension remains at the discretion of Ozk facility services management and must be issued in writing for extended dates to apply.
3. Invoicing and Methods of Payment
Invoices will be issued electronically via email. Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods as specified on the invoice.
4. Late Payment
If payment is still not received after 6 weeks of invoice due date, OZK facility Services reserves the right to:
- A. Suspend or withhold further cleaning services until full payment has been received; and/or
- B: Refer the debt to a collection agency, with any additional recovery costs payable by the Client.
5. Disputed Invoices
Any dispute regarding an invoice must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. The Client must pay the undisputed portion of the invoice by the due date.
6. Non-Payment and Termination
OZK Cleaning Services reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if payment is not received within 7 days after written notice of non-payment is issued.
