On-Site Inspection
A licensed OZK technician visits and inspects all accessible areas — sub-floor, roof void, interior, and perimeter — to identify signs of activity, past damage, and risk conditions. Inspection covers accessible areas only.
Treatment Recommendation
Based on inspection findings, your technician explains the management options relevant to your property, including what each involves and any limitations. No treatment proceeds without your agreement.
Treatment Application
Agreed treatment is carried out by our licensed technicians using APVMA-registered products in accordance with label requirements and applicable Australian Standards. We work to minimise disruption to your property.
Written Report & Documentation

HELPFUL PREVENTION TIPS
Manage moisture around foundations
Termites are attracted to moisture. Ensure downpipes discharge well away from the building, fix leaking taps and pipes promptly, and maintain adequate drainage around the perimeter. Moisture accumulation near foundations is a known termite risk factor.
Avoid soil-to-timber contact
Direct contact between soil and timber provides termites with concealed access to your structure. Keep garden beds, mulch, and soil at least 75mm below any timber elements — including fascia boards, door frames, and deck supports.
Remove timber debris near the building
Firewood, timber offcuts, old sleepers, and garden waste stored close to the building can provide a ready food source for termites. Store firewood raised off the ground and away from the structure where practical.
Maintain adequate sub-floor ventilation
Poor ventilation creates warm, humid conditions that termites favour. Ensure sub-floor vents are clear and unobstructed. A licensed pest management professional can assess whether ventilation is adequate during your inspection.
Keep weep holes clear
Weep holes in brickwork must remain unobstructed to allow moisture to escape. Blocking them with garden soil, mulch, or debris can trap moisture and may create concealed entry points into wall cavities.

Do not disturb suspected activity
